អង្គការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនៃក្តីស្រលាញ់ ហៅកាត់ថា (អ.ប.ស) គឺជាអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងស្រុកដែលបានបង្កើតឡើង និងទទួលស្គាល់ជាផ្លូវការដោយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈប្រកាសលេខ៧១២៦ ប្រក ចុះថ្ងៃព្រហស្បត្តិ៍ ៤រោច ខែមិគសិរ ឆ្នាំរកាព.ស ២៥៦១ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី ០៧ ខែធ្នូ គ.ស ២០១៧។
អង្គការនេះបានបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង លើកកម្ពស់កម្រិតជីវភាពរបស់ជនគោលដៅ (កុមារនិងយុវជន) តាមរយៈកម្មវិធី អប់រំក្នុងនិងក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធ ចិញ្ចឹមបីបាច់ថែរក្សារ និង ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលថ្នាក់ឧត្តមសិក្សា ព្រមទាំងជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងជំនាញបច្ចេកទេសផ្សេងៗ។
Aloha Learning Center called ALC, is a registered local NGO recognized by the Royal government of Cambodia via Prakas of the Ministry of Interior #7126 ប្រក dated Thursday 7th, December 2017. This NGO aims to upgrade the quality of lives for target beneficiaries (children and youth) with structural education program (formal and informal), nurturing the orphaned and vulnerable children and the Aloha Scholarship Program for further education at Universities or vocational training centers.
